At SO INDUSTRIE, every order is carefully prepared to ensure prompt dispatch and reliable delivery. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our storage locations in France and Belgium.

We work exclusively with carriers recognised for their reliability, speed and service quality to provide the best possible delivery experience.

Several delivery methods are offered at checkout. You can choose collection-point delivery, which is generally more economical, home delivery or express delivery. Available carriers are carefully selected to offer the best balance of delivery time, cost and service quality.

Estimated delivery times

  • France and Belgium: 2 to 4 business days
  • Europe: 4 to 5 business days
  • International, outside Europe: 5 to 8 business days

Estimated express delivery times

  • France and Belgium: 1 to 2 business days

Please note: these times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including customs checks or logistical disruptions.

Shipping charges depend on the destination and selected delivery method. Delivery is free on orders of €200 or more to Europe, for collection-point delivery only. Home delivery remains payable by the customer regardless of the order value.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country’s authorities. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by SO INDUSTRIE.

Order tracking

After your order, a tracking number is automatically sent to the email address provided at purchase. It allows you to track your parcel in real time. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder.

As our stock is split between France and Belgium, items from the same order may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive multiple parcels, each with its own tracking number, at no additional shipping cost.

For questions or difficulties concerning delivery, contact the carrier using the tracking information provided, or reach us through our Contact section (response within 24 to 48 hours, seven days a week) or on Instagram @so_industrie (usually within 24 hours).
