Terms of sale

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between:

SO INDUSTRIE
SIRET: 98766550200017
Address: 3 Rue Stephen Liegeard, 21000 Dijon, France
Email: contact@so-industrie.shop

and any natural or legal person (the “Customer”) making a purchase on www.so-industrie.shop.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation, subject to the applicable statutory rights. The Terms applicable are those in force on the date of the order.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

The products offered are second-hand, vintage, premium or heritage items.

Each product is presented with:

  • a detailed description;
  • photographs;
  • precise measurements.

The photographs have contractual value insofar as they faithfully reflect the condition of the product.

The Customer acknowledges that products may show signs of wear due to their nature.

ARTICLE 3 – AVAILABILITY

Products are offered subject to available stock. As most items are unique, any order is concluded subject to availability.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (TTC).

  • Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
  • The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.
  • The price charged is the price in force when the order is placed.

For orders outside the European Union:

  • the Customer is considered the importer;
  • customs duties and taxes are the Customer’s responsibility.

ARTICLE 5 – ORDERS

Orders are placed exclusively online.

Any confirmed order constitutes acceptance of these Terms, subject to the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers.

An order confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

SO INDUSTRIE reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.

Accepted payment methods are those offered on the website (Shopify, card, etc.).

The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorisations to use the selected payment method.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

Indicative delivery times:

  • France / Belgium: 2 to 4 days;
  • Europe: 4 to 5 days;
  • International: 5 to 8 days.

These delivery times are indicative only.

If a parcel is damaged:

  • The Customer must contact us as soon as possible.
  • The Customer must make precise and detailed reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery, or refuse the parcel if it is clearly damaged.

If no reservations are made with the carrier at delivery and the parcel is not refused, no subsequent claim can be taken into account.

Consequently, no return, refund or compensation can be granted if the parcel was accepted without reservation, even if damage is discovered after delivery.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs remain the Customer’s responsibility.

Return conditions are detailed in the Refund Policy.

ARTICLE 9 – RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are strictly regulated.

To be accepted:

  • the item must not have been worn or washed;
  • it must be in strictly identical condition;
  • all packaging must be complete;
  • the return must be shipped within 3 days after approval.

Returns due to a sizing error are not accepted.

Items on promotion are not eligible.

Minor defects related to normal use do not constitute a reason for return.

Any non-compliant return may be refused.

If a return is refused:

  • the Customer must recover the item at their own expense within 10 days;
  • otherwise, the item may be retained without a refund.

ARTICLE 10 – AUTHENTICITY

All items are rigorously authenticated.

If there is any doubt, a product is not offered for sale.

Any authenticity challenge must be accompanied by an official certificate issued by a recognised organisation.

Without evidence, the request will be refused.

Principle applied: satisfied customers or refunded.

ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY

SO INDUSTRIE cannot be held liable for:

  • an unsuitable choice made by the Customer;
  • misuse;
  • force majeure.

The Customer is responsible for checking the information before purchase.

ARTICLE 12 – PERSONAL DATA
